Spencer Kupferman joined Global Software, Inc. in 1996 as a Marketing Analyst where he quickly advanced and held multiple positions throughout the organization. Today, Spencer currently builds the company's worldwide brand, while laying out the overall strategic initiatives for Global’s market leading Excel automation tools. Spencer is a recognized authority amongst his peers in the industry regarding best practices for enhancing the ERP user experience via the Microsoft Excel application. Spencer received a BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire and holds an MBA with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Spencer is known as the 'ultimate competitor' who has positioned the Company for accelerated growth. His leadership skills and natural ability to inspire those around him was derived from his time as a Division I basketball player at the University of New Hampshire. Spencer enjoys playing basketball and spending every spare minute he has with his wife and 3 children.

Chief Operating Officer
Phil brings more than 30 years’ leadership experience to Global Software as an accomplished software industry executive with extensive experience in finance, technology, and operations. Phil originally joined Global Software in 1994 as Controller and became the company’s CFO in 1997. In 2000, Phil became the CFO of MediClick (a Global Software spinoff) and helped pioneer the transition of legacy financial products into new cloud-based technology. In 2003, Phil was instrumental in the design and development of a highly successful cloud based financial solution. Phil is considered amongst his industry peers as a subject matter expert in the area of financial systems and Excel-based automation & financial reporting. Phil also served as Vice President, Customer Operations at Premier. In addition, Phil also worked in Big Four accounting, not-for-profit organizations, and multi-national technology companies.
Phil is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Deloitte and Touche alumni. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in computer science.
Phil currently lives in Raleigh and is an avid motorcyclist. He also enjoys playing tennis and racquetball, bicycling, and hiking. In 2014 Phil was a recipient of the Triangle Business Journal CFO of the Year award. Phil is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Osborne has more than 30 years of technology expertise and experience in Software Engineering. Mark began his career developing ERP applications for IBM systems. In 1993 Mark joined Global Software, Inc. as an application developer working as a major contributor on the development and architecture of Global’s IBM AS/400 ERP products. In the late 90’s Mark became a member of an exclusive team of elite programmers and developers who architected and built the first version of today’s flagship platform, Spreadsheet Server. In 2000, Mark joined MediClick (a Global Software spinoff) as the Lead Architect, in the development of a revolutionary Cloud based ERP and Materials Management system for the Healthcare industry. During his 14 years with MediClick, Mark demonstrated his superior knowledge and command of Cloud-based development and integration strategies with the Microsoft Excel application. In 2014 Mark was promoted to Vice President, New Product Development. In 2014 MediClick was acquired by Premier, Inc. where Mark was instrumental in the integration of newly acquired technologies. In 2016 Mark reunited and joined Global Software, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer. Mark’s passion, vision, and desire to deliver only the highest quality user experience for the Spreadsheet Server user community has brought back home to take Spreadsheet Server to the next level. Mark has a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. Mark is a North Carolina native, has 2 children, and is considered “King of the Grill” by friends and family. You can also catch him camping at the beach or working on his photography skills in his spare time.
Chief Sales Officer
Tonya Cannady came to Global Software, Inc. with more than 10 years of sales, marketing and operational leadership experience. Prior to joining Global, Tonya was President of DBBasics, a regional technology training and consulting firm. During her tenure at DBBasics, Tonya grew the company from a single location to a regional provider of both technology training and consulting services. After achieving significant revenue growth, she negotiated and managed the merger of DBBasics with publicly traded New Horizons. Today, Tonya has been with Global Software, Inc. for over 10 years and is viewed by her colleagues and peers throughout the industry as a leading strategic thinker. Her contribution and insight at Global has led to the company’s expansion into new markets and industry verticals. Tonya holds a BA in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tonya’s family life is her top priority, where she spends her spare time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys playing golf, tennis, travel and watching UNC athletics.

Senior Vice President
Prior to joining Global Software, Inc. in 1993, Becky Kaufman served as a financial and community service application consultant for EDS. While at Global, Becky has overseen application support, technical support, and quality assurance. In addition, Becky spearheaded product development efforts for Global's suite of financial applications. Due to her unrelenting passion for providing premium-level customer support and services, Becky has become one of the most well-known members of the Global family throughout the customer base. Becky received a BS in Accounting from Elon University. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach and/or the islands with her family.

Sherry Puckett joined Global Software, Inc. in 2011. Sherry leads one of our most strategic & dynamic departments in the company, Solution Enablement. Sherry served more than 20 years in the Banking Industry prior to joining Global. She brings to the table a unique blend of technology savvy and a superior practical application knowledge of the flagship platform, Spreadsheet Server. Sherry has held many impactful roles throughout her career ranging from M & A analysis to core system conversions. She led an effort in implementing and building an Enterprise Data Warehouse to capture and analyze customer profitability from all of the bank's disparate systems, all while leading the FP&A group for the former National Commerce Financial Corp. When NCFC was acquired, she joined Suntrust Banks as Senior Vice President and Strategic Finance Officer for the Carolinas. In 2005, she was a founding member of de novo, Square 1 Bank as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller. Sherry is a CPA licensed in North Carolina and Certified Information Technology Professional. She received a BA in Accounting and a BA in Business Management from NC State University. Sherry enjoys volunteering with her son’s baseball teams and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Susan Gager joined Global Software, Inc. in July 2006 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance/Controller in 2010. Prior to joining Global, Susan had 20 years of experience as a financial executive with the last 12 working within the software development industry. Susan oversees all US and International accounting and finance operations. Susan received a BBA in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. In her spare time she enjoys traveling.

West Coast Operations - USA
Joining Global Software, Inc. in 2005, Paul Zunker serves as Vice President, West Coast Operations, responsible for consulting, education, technical support, testing and managing the Seattle general office team. He also assists in product development for the company. Prior to joining Global, Paul served as Consulting Manager for Timeline and spent nine years at Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, where he held a number of accounting roles. Paul received his BS in Financial Planning and Control from Oregon State University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Management and a minor in Accounting Information Systems from Seattle University.

David Oakes joined Global Software, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Oakes currently directs product development efforts for Global's accounting software applications on the web-based, iSeries, and mainframe platforms. He heads up the Information Technology group responsible for Global’s network, communications, internal systems, and website. Prior to joining Global, David served as Manager of Technical Services for GBA Systems where he was responsible for developing software, providing technical solutions, implementing, consulting and supporting various applications. David received a BS in Mathematics from Elon University. David, his wife, and two children live on a family farm in McLeansville, NC where they raise Registered Black Angus cattle.

Client Services - EMEA/HQ/UK
For over 25 years, Mark Gray, a CMA (Certified Management Accountant), has worked in software sales and consultancy, specializing in financial reporting and underlying transaction processing systems. He is currently directing Global's UK sales and client services business, managing both pre- and post-sales implementation efforts, along with corporate responsibilities for the UK. He brings a wide range of experience to Global, having previously managed the implementation of consolidation, reporting and budgeting systems throughout a number of UK organizations. An avid football (soccer) fan and supporter of his hometown team, Sheffield Wednesday, Mark quotes from the legendary coach of Liverpool FC, Bill Shankly: “Football is not about life and death—it's much more important than that.”
