Prior to joining Global Software, Inc., Needham served as the Vice President of Client Services for Set and Service Resources, a staffing company that supports major retailers on a nationwide basis. She also was the Director of Sales with International Decision Systems (formerly CFS Americas). Prior to those roles, Needham held successful director and manager roles at CFS Group plc and IBM.
