Global's commitment to prompt customer service policies includes a two-hour call return guarantee and a customer-driven Issue Escalation Process (IEP).
- Availability of Software Upgrades - From our website homepage, supported Global customers have the ability to create an account to access the secure customer portal section of our website. This portal offers convenient and dynamic access to download the most recent software releases. Our client services staff can help identify, through issue resolution, when an upgrade is recommended and assist you in obtaining the appropriate release.
